Safe Haven Program - OTPTAT Board

As of January 1, 2023, the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board (OTPTAT Board) developed a safe haven program for all licensees. This is a confidential path for individuals to seek help for burnout, mental health or substance use disorders and a therapeutic alternative to regulatory awareness.

WHO ADMINISTERS THE OTPTAT BOARD'S SAFE HAVEN PROGRAM?

  • OhioPHP is the designated monitoring organization for the OTPTAT Board. OhioPHP protects the confidentiality of program participants and referral sources to the fullest extent allowed by law.
